New law in Los Angeles about spaying and neutering your pet

Hi Ya'll! Good news! The mayor of Los Angeles just signed a pet-sterilization law. It requires that most cats and dogs be spayed or neutered by the time they are 4 months old. The goal is to reduce and eventually eliminate the thousands of ethanizations that happen in shelters every year. Now we just need to get more cities to follow Los Angeles' lead! Yeah!
