To answer your question..Mr. Daisy isn't wild...he just thinks he is! :o) He is an almost 14 year old domestic Dutch. I think you might be meaning the bunny on my web site..Shoo-Fly. He was a wild bunny I became friends with in May of 1998-May9, 1999. The website is a memorial to him and the unusual friendship he gave me. So what are you doing for Thanksgiving?? Hope it is a Happy one! I will be bunny sitting for a little lop earred bunny. Aww!

When I go out with my daughter & family I leave T'ai out so he can play and not have to be stuck in one room. He's never been crated. The catch is he's decided that when I'm gone he'll have a party getting into things he shouldn't. He's been house trained for most of his life, but now, when everyone is gone, he leaves surprises in some obvious place as if he's saying "So there!" No doubt, he could wait. He does fine when anyone is home with him...It's almost funny because he turns trashcans over, pulls clothes out of the hamper, takes toys out of the kids' toybox...just anything he knows he's not to do...Any ideas? I'm pretty lost. My daughter says put him in a crate which I'll have to do if I can't make him understand he's acting wrong...
We got our first dog rescue Saturday evening. She's mixed breed, but mainly looks like a small boxer with a bit of a longish nose. VERY sweet dog, but shy from obviously being mistreated. She cowers when she does anything and is afraid of everything including kittens. She likes T'ai - probably because of how small he is. Two kitten "bottle babies" were added to the household today.
My husband and I started renovating an old home before - a Victorian home built at the turn of the century. It was great fun, hard work and in the end we ended up buying a newer home without finishing the old one. For every project we finished it seemed two things went wrong that were added to the list of things to do before we could move in. Good luck with the cottage. You should put up a picture! Blossom came from a Mormon family farm & both parents were working dogs. T'ai is a mini-pin and thinks his job is watch dog. He was raised with a Rottweiler so I guess that's why. I live with my daughter. They have just gotten a yellow lab and have 3 cats of their own. They do cat rescue so there are always two or three extra cats. I have some Celtic background that I'm proud of. Are you originally from Ireland? Thanks for adding me as a friend. I look forward to getting to know you. - Mimi.
