hamster problem

my hamster (the 1 in the picture) is starting to get really long toe nails. i dont know if i should find a way to cut them or just let them be. please help!

You know what I used to do....... Once in a while I would tape some very fine sandpaper inside my hamster wheel and let them run on that. I would usually do it maybe a day or two every week or so. Don't do it TOO much or it can rub the little guys paws raw as well. Try it out and let me know if this helps at all. Good luck!
